Mr. H. James Parker is using the same practice of deception as Audrey A. Jefferis against Ted Jeczalik by not reveling to the Florida Bar and the court all facts in this matter. Mr. H. James Parker quotes so called exhibits B ,C, D and E when in fact they are part of reconciliation agreement that was canceled by Ted Jeczalik in June 2011 as Anna Michalik violated this agreement.
Further, Mr. H. James Parker continues using canceled reconciliation agreement so called exhibits A, B, C, D, E when in fact the agreement was canceled the same week and month it was signed as Anna Michalik could not stop her violence, violently stop Ted Jeczalik to live in his own home and Anna Michalik could not stop abusing Ted Jeczalik and his children by not allowing children to see their father - Ted Jeczalik. Anna Michalik was not sincere about her reconciliation therefore it was canceled.
