In November 2010 Anna Michalik sued Ted Jeczalik for Child Support. The Judge, Angela Hoogeveen checked all the payments and asked Anna Michalik what she wants since Ted Jeczalik pays regularly child support to her. All child support payments are available on line at http://www.tedjec.com/anna-michalik/child-support-payments/

Anna Michalik was ordered to mediation. At mediation 2 lawyers in 20 minutes agreed that Anna Michalik was so angry that she would not agree for anything and when asked why she does not allow the children to see their dad, she said that she will allow short visitation when her boyfriend, Zeljko Prodic will be supervising Ted Jeczalik at the time he see his children. Two lawyers overseeing mediation agreed that all mediation was over as Anna Michalik anger and mental state would not allow any mediation.

In May 2011, Ted Jeczalik propose reconciliation to Anna Michalik. After first week it was clear that any reconciliation with Anna Michalik is impossible as she would not allow Ted Jeczalik to move back to his house. She would not allow any thing to be moved to the house including small office. Anna Michalik restricted Ted Jeczalik's children for any visitation threatening to call Sheriff and changing all locks at the house. Anna Michalik manipulated and restricted child visitation to extort more money from Ted Jeczalik, at the same time she has been involved in fraud against property insurance and property mortgage company. She forged Ted Jeczalik signature on business checks to steal thousands of dollars from Silesia Group Inc. in August 2010.

After reconciliation agreement cancellation, Anna Michalik changed her strategy to extort money from Ted Jeczalik. Using her lawyer, Audrey A. Jefferis located at 8138 Massachusetts Ave., New Port Richey, FL 34653, she started using Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement to extort money using government agency.

Ted Jeczalik calls for investigation as Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement wants child support payments without any court order with amount that is not realistic and can not be paid. Ted Jeczalik Wrote letter to Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement in this matter - instead of any explanation, all letters in this matter were ignored by Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement and threatening notices were sent to Ted Jeczalik trying to extort bogus amount of money that are not consistent with Florida guidelines.

Ted Jeczalik continues in July to pay his regular child support payments to Anna Michalik, despite extortion letters from Florida Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement.
